What is BioKinesiology?

Understanding the Whole Person

BioKinesiology is a holistic approach that looks beyond individual symptoms to understand how the body's systems work together. It considers how nutritional, structural, emotional and environmental factors may influence your health and wellbeing, recognising that imbalances in one area can affect the body as a whole.

Every person is unique, which is why no two consultations are the same. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, each assessment is tailored to your individual needs, with the aim of supporting your body's natural ability to restore and maintain balance.

How It Works

Each consultation is tailored to your individual needs. BioKinesiology combines an in-depth consultation with gentle muscle testing and specialised BioKinesiology assessment vials to gather feedback from the body. During the assessment, different vials representing specific nutrients, body systems, organs, foods and other factors are used alongside muscle testing to explore how your body is responding. This helps identify areas that may benefit from additional support, including digestive health, nutritional balance, liver function, hormonal balance, food sensitivities, energy production, detoxification pathways and the body's meridian system. The information gathered forms the foundation of your personalised care plan, which may include nutritional guidance, lifestyle recommendations and complementary techniques appropriate to your individual needs.
