Your Wellness Questions Answered
Do I need to prepare for my appointment?
There is very little preparation required. Prior to your consultation, you'll receive a Client Intake Form to complete at home to help me understand your health history and lifestyle.
What happens during my consultation?
We discuss your goals and use BioKinesiology gentle muscle monitoring to identify stressors. You'll receive a personalized care plan including nutritional, supplement, and lifestyle advice.
How long does a consultation last?
An initial consultation typically lasts around 60 minutes, allowing enough time to complete a thorough assessment, discuss your health history and develop your personalised care plan.
How many sessions will I need?
Every person is different. Follow-ups are often recommended four weeks after the initial visit to review progress and adjust your personalized health foundation and wellness priorities.
Is BioKinesiology suitable for children?
Yes. It can be adapted for babies and children, tailored to their age. For younger children, assessments can be carried out through a parent to provide gentle, supportive guidance.
Can BioKinesiology be used alongside conventional medical care?
Absolutely. BioKinesiology is a complementary therapy and is intended to work alongside conventional healthcare, not replace it. I encourage clients to continue following the advice of their GP, consultant or other healthcare professionals. My aim is to support your overall wellbeing by providing a personalised approach that complements your existing healthcare and helps you better understand your body.
Will I receive anything after my consultation?
Yes. At the end of your appointment, you'll receive your personalised Client Care Plan, summarising the areas discussed during your consultation, together with any nutritional, lifestyle or supplement recommendations where appropriate. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and leave with a clear understanding of your next steps.
